1. I want to exchange my item -

We are happy to do the exchange if you are not happy with the product. Just message us for the return address and follow the instructions given for further process.

 

Terms and conditions:

-Exchange is eligible until 14 days of receipt of your order. . The item has to be in unworn condition in its original packaging.

-Your chosen item has to be of the same price or more (if more then please message us and we will send you the invoice by PayPal)

 

2. I want to return my item for refund

- You can return the unwanted item to us for a refund. Please message us for instructions for further process.

-The return will be at the buyers' expense. .

-Refunds and exchanges will only be given once the item has been received. . If the item was sent via the standard postage free delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

3. My item is faulty, I want a replacement / refund.

- It happens very rarely and we will take full responsibility. We will provide you the return label or pay for the return postage. Please contact us so we can come up with the solution you are 100% satisfied with.

 

4. How long does it take to process my refund?

- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.

 

5. When will my order ship?

- Most orders ship within 1 working day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. This is very rare but we will notify you with a message.

 

6. Are you getting more stock in?

-Some items in our shop sell out quickly, however we regularly update our shop, so it's worthwhile checking again. In the meantime, if you would like to find out whether a particular product is coming back in stock, please message us.

 

7. I have not received my item? Please contact us after 14 days of our dispatch date, as we need to allow 15 working days for Royal Mail to start the investigation. Once we have filed the case with them we will surely resolve the case in your favor.
